RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY  

At Floralx, operated by Nebuetres Innovations Private Limited, we want every purchase to bring a smile. If an item doesn’t meet your expectations, we make it simple to return or exchange it. This policy explains how returns and refunds work so you can shop with peace of mind.

Return Eligibility 
 

To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it. This means it should be unused, unwashed, and free of any damage or alterations. All original tags, labels, packaging, and boxes must be included. Returns that show signs of wear or modifications after delivery will not be accepted. 
 

Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order. Requests made after this period will not be eligible. Items that do not meet these conditions may be rejected and returned to you without a refund. 

How to Request a Return 
 

To begin a return, please email us at nebuetresinnovationspvtltd@gmail.com with your Order ID, the reason for your return, and clear photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. 
 

Once we receive your request, we will review it and provide detailed instructions for returning the item. Please note that returns not meeting our policy requirements may be declined. 

Refund Process and Timeline 
 

After we receive the returned item, our team will carefully inspect it. If it meets our return standards, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. You will also receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed. If the item does not comply with the return criteria, a refund may not be possible. 

Partial Refund Guidelines 
 

If an item is mostly eligible for return but has minor issues such as missing packaging or slight signs of handling, we may issue a partial refund. This is determined at our discretion after reviewing the condition of the returned item. 

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product 
 

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos or videos clearly showing the issue to help us resolve it quickly. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund depending on the situation.
