We deliver to all serviceable pin codes across India. No matter where you are, we strive to bring your chosen accessories straight to you. At this time, international shipping is not available, though expanding our delivery options is something we are exploring for the future. 

Processing Time 
 

Once your order is confirmed, our team begins preparing it for dispatch. Standard processing usually takes 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. After your order is packed and ready, we will send a confirmation email with all relevant details so you know exactly what to expect. 
 

Delivery Timeline 
 

We aim to deliver your accessories as efficiently as possible while taking care to preserve their quality. Typically, deliveries take between 3 to 8 business days depending on your location and the courier service in your area. 
 

Every order is packaged with attention to detail to ensure it arrives in perfect condition, because speed is important, but quality matters even more. 

If Delivery Fails 
 

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal of delivery, the package will be returned to our warehouse. You can contact us to arrange a re-delivery at your convenience. 
 

To prevent delays, please ensure your delivery details are accurate and that someone is available to receive your package. 

Damaged or Lost Shipments 
 

While we take great care in packaging, if an item arrives damaged or appears tampered with, we are ready to assist you. 

In such cases: 
 

  • Contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving the package 
  • Provide clear photos of the product and its packaging 

We will investigate promptly and work toward a fast resolution. 
 

If your order is lost during transit, we will confirm the situation with our courier partners and provide either a full refund or a replacement, depending on your preference.
