CANCELLATION POLICY  

At Floralx, operated by Nebuetres Innovations Private Limited, we know that plans can shift and preferences can change. Whether you had a change of heart about a trendy accessory or realized an item doesn’t fit your style, we want to make the cancellation process as smooth and straightforward as possible. Your satisfaction and convenience are important to us, and this policy explains exactly how cancellations work. 
 

Whenever we mention “we,” “our,” or “us,” we mean Nebuetres Innovations Private Limited. When we say “you” or “customer,” we are referring to our valued shoppers. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined here. Please read carefully to understand how to cancel an order and what to expect. 

Cancelling an Order Before Shipment 
 

If your order has not yet left our facility, you can cancel it within 24 hours of placing it. You may also request a cancellation any time before the order is dispatched, as long as the 24-hour window has not passed. 

To cancel, simply email our customer support team at nebuetresinnovationspvtltd@gmail.com and include your order number along with the reason for cancellation. Our team will review your request and confirm whether your order is eligible for cancellation.  
 

If it qualifies, we will process a full refund to your original payment method, which typically appears within 5 to 7 business days. 

If Your Order Has Already Been Shipped 
 

Once your accessories are in transit, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you can still initiate a return once the order arrives, as long as it complies with the conditions described in our Return and Refund Policy. 

Making Changes to an Order 
 

Currently, we cannot make adjustments to orders after placement. This includes changes to product selections, shipping addresses, or contact information. If you notice something that needs updating, the recommended approach is to cancel the existing order (if within the allowed window) and place a new order with the correct details.
